As an analyst, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving problems related to Google products. You will need to provide support for your role in chat/call/email with customers. If necessary, you should contact the customer(s) by call/email with pending resolution.


responsibilities of the post


Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers

Provide support on a variety of platforms including chat, direct email, instant messaging and telephone (voice calls).

Be flexible to work in a 24x7 service environment as per business requirements, including night shifts and weekends.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues, identify customer needs and develop creative solutions to address them.

Resolve incidents and escalations quickly and independently through effective communication, internally and externally, to all stakeholders

maintain the response and resolution speed as defined by the SLO;

Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to quality standards in 95% of cases.

Use existing troubleshooting tools and techniques to establish the root cause of questions and provide a customer-oriented root cause assessment.

Provide high-touch support to the highest level of customers and develop a deeper understanding of the most important customer issues

Contribute to building and updating the support knowledge base, and you'll have a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.

Minimum Qualification


Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution

Excellent oral and written English language skills

Strong attention to detail and proven ability to balance multiple priorities

0-18 months of experience in technical support / customer service operations / troubleshooting / campaign optimization in any organization

preferred qualification


Ability to understand technical mechanisms to resolve customer queries beyond help center articles

Ability to assimilate complex technical concepts and convey them to a non-technical audience

Any qualification or experience in digital marketing would be an added advantage
